Gluten Free Banana Bread- Homemade Recipe

Hi Guys, If your looking for a homemade gluten free desert option, then this post is for you!

Try this homemade recipe with bananas, maple syrup instead of sugar, and Dark chocolate hazelnut icing (optional). We also used almond flour, coconut milk and coconut oil instead of dairy. This recipe can also be used to make tasty muffins.

Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour ¾ tsp baking soda Pinch of salt 3 tbp Maple Syrup 3 Ripe bananas 2 eggs 4 tbp Coconut Oil ¼ cup of coconut milk Splash of vanilla 1 tbp of cacao (this is optional) Directions Mash the banana, add all the wet ingredients, add all the dry ingredients. Add the mixture to a baking container previously Chocolate Nut Cream 300 g Hazelnut (I used raw so I needed to roast them first) 340 g Dark Chocolate (I used 70%) 2 tbp Coconut Oil Pinch of Salt Splash of Vanilla 1 or 2 tbp Maple Syrup Directions Roast the hazelnuts for 15 minutes, let it cool and removed the skin. Melt the chocolate and add the coconut, salt, and vanilla. Add to the hazelnut and blend until smooth or desired consistency, I like it crunchy so mine doesn’t look very smooth :)
