In this bodyweight only home workout, we go through 10 core exercises that hits every angle of core musculature! This workout is great for anyone wanting to increase their daily movement, build core strength endurance, and even reduce incidents of lower back pain, as we integrate lymphatic breathing to help aid in recovery.
Also these Express workouts are stackable! This means once you have completed the workout and feel you have more energy to keep going, or more time, you can keep going or "stack it" with the next recommended video. Another option is choosing your own adventure by selecting another video from my Mobility or Workout Playlists. The idea is accumulating movement throughout the day when you can fit it in!
