Not only will she show us how to make a delicious and nutritious dinner, most importantly it won't take long to prepare! Celia will also share some of her best tips from the recent cooking courses she's taken with George Brown College.
The workshop also includes Joeys nutritional coaching tips and strategies to help you stay consistent with your nutrition...especially when life gets busy.
