Hi Guys! If your looking for an effective sequence to improve mobility, circulation, and reduce aches and pains, then this video is for you!


Take a stretch break and give this General Mobility Sequence a try. I recommend doing it daily and it can be done either to warm-up for physical activity, or on less active days especially between bouts of prolonged sitting. This sequence can also help relieve minor aches and pains. Many pain issues in the body, especially in the hips and lower back are related to lack of movement and mobility.


The pace of the movements can also be slowed down to have a more calming effect on the mind and body. Practicing the sequence slowly close to bed time can help the body and mind better transition into relaxation and sleep.
