Best lower body stretch for running, cycling, or desk posture.

Hi guys ! If your looking for the best stretch to help unwind muscle tightness from running, cycling, or sitting too much, then this post is for you!
Kelly Starrett's couch stretch is a powerful mobilization to mobilize almost all muscles in the lower body. Not only will it challenge both hip flexion and extension, it also provides a good diagnostic tool if you cannot achieve the full position. (Don't worry if you cannot achieve the full position right away, just follow the progressions I review in the video:)
According to Starrett, the full couch stretch position is a range of motion healthy bodies and tissues should be able to achieve. Said another way, if you cannot achieve this position, you are leaving performance on the table and potentially setting yourself up for aches and pains and injury.
This archetype in particular correlates to running, sprinting, and lunge patterns in the gym. For best results, you want to achieve at least 2 minutes per leg a day for a total of 4 minutes. Use the regressions in the video and slowly build up :)
