In this resistance band workout, we go through 8 different exercises that improves strength, lean muscle mass, and even burns fat! This session is great for any fitness level, as the intensity of each exercises can easily be varied based on the thickness of the band you choose. This workout can also help keep you in shape when travelling, just pack a couple bands in your suitcase!
This workout includes 2 full body circuits and uses 2 different methods that can be applied to any band exercise to make it more challenging. Set number one uses the max tension method in which each rep is paused a the end range of the band to maximize intra-muscular tension. Set number two uses the double contraction method in which a double pulse, or contraction is used with each rep to create more fatigue in the muscle.
