Hi Guys! If you're looking for 5 concepts that must be considered to keep fit over the age of 40, then this post is for you!

In the following video I discuss 5 very important concepts that MUST be considered for anyone wanting to get into the best shape possible, especially if you are over 40. These recommendations are relevant for any age, especially if you have had a long layoff from activity due to Covid-19 or any other reason.
