In this mobility session, I lead a group of corporate workers through a gentle movement series focused on improving their posture. This sequence can be used in many different contexts to help you add more movement into your daily routine. Try using it first thing in the morning to help jump start your day, or to help de-stress and wind down at the end of the day. It could also be used as a quick mobility break during the day.
