In this mobility session, we are joined by my sister Rosanna from Sunrise Yoga Studio. Rosanna leads us through a gentle yoga session that can have many applications to help keep you moving. Try using this sequence first in the morning to help jump start your day with with some movement or at the end of the day to help de-stress and wind down. It could also be used during the day as a quick mobility break.
